Return - Product replacement
The products supplied by the online store epiploway.gr can be returned to our company and you can request their replacement for the following cases in which:
- with proven fault of epiploway.gr. Wrong products sold or
- products of poor or defective quality (in order to determine the poor or defective quality and to make the intended replacement of the products, the customer is obliged to send us photos that prove the above, in digital format to the email: info@epiploway.gr)
Also, returns are not accepted on products that have been worn / modified / washed / used and will not be returned in their standard packaging along with all purchase documents. Expenses for transportation, assembly and other additional services which are billed independently are not refundable.
Epiploway.gr is not liable to customers for damages that may arise from the execution or not of their order from the moment the products of the order were given to the carrier for delivery to the customer. If there is such an issue, contact us and we will indicate the details of the transport or courier company, which is responsible for transporting the product. Upon receipt of the products, the customer has the obligation to inspect the product on the spot.
In case of return of the customer's products, which have been received by a transport or courier company, they will have to return to our headquarters in the same way, even in the case of a defective product (the transfer is borne by the customer).
In any case and for all the above cases (1,2) the maximum time limit for return of products for their replacement, can not be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, for all the above cases (1,2) the product to be replaced-repair must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases (1,2) the products to be replaced-repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, completely unused and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent situation, together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg Retail Rep. etc).
Before each return it is recommended to contact the customer by phone or via e-mail at info@epiploway.gr
In any case, return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:
- contact our Online Store the same day or the next working day
- the product has not been used
- the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (eg, Retail receipt, invoice, bill of lading, etc.)
Specifically:
- If the product shows a manufacturing defect, the replacement is immediate and free. Excluded from this provision are products covered by third party warranties such as the manufacturer of the product or his dealer. Also, if the customer chooses to return the products by non-cooperating transport / courier of our company, then the costs will be borne by him in any case (even if the product is defective).
- In case we sent you the wrong product, we send you the right one and we bear all the shipping costs, of the old and new product
In case the products are not returned within 14 days then epiploway.gr may not accept any return and replacement.
Product that has been sold with an extra gift should be returned with the extra gift. In case the gift is not returned, epiploway.gr is not obliged to replace the returned product.
The process of executing your order will begin with the confirmation of the deposit (if you choose payment via bank). To avoid problems, it is recommended that you pay attention to the final amount of your order. Our company is not responsible for the imposition of charges by the bank for the deposit of money or by wrong deposit (deposit in a different account) and has no obligation to send the order in this case.
